FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order?
Everything at Papa Vixen is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Production typically takes 3-6 business days to complete, and then will ship to you according to whatever shipping option you select at checkout. Production times can be affected by weather and global events, but are typically pretty consistent.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes! Please contact me directly to discuss bulk orders as I may be able to offer special pricing, depending on the product and quantity. You can reach me directly at papavixen@gmail.com or through the contact form on this site.
Can you make a custom item for me?
Probably! Contact me directly, either via papavixen@gmail.com or through the website contact form, and let me know what you want! I'm happy to put together custom designs, or put an existing design on a different product for you. If it can be done and and it's not a terrible idea, I'll do it. Don't hesitate to ask.
What's your return policy?
Papa Vixen Apparel is a micro-sized business, 100% operated by one person who is very tired, and all products are made-to-order. At this time, I do not offer refunds, but if there's an error in your order, I'm happy to make it right by offering a replacement product or store credit when applicable, within 30 days of product arrival at your location. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please send me an email and I'll get in touch asap to make it right.
Can I combine shipping for multiple items?
On some stuff, yes! I use a few different manufacturing sources for everything here. Some things ship from the same place and can combine shipping cost, and some things don't. If shipping can be combined, it will happen automatically at checkout. I also offer free shipping within the continental US on any order of $100 or more, no code required.
Why do you use so many bad words on your clothes?
Because it's my fuckin website and I do what I want. Don't tell my mom.
Thanks for visiting my store! I hope you find something you like!
